Trotters Sewing Company contract cut and sews upholstery covers for several leading U.S. furniture companies, including cushions, tufts for recliners, sectionals, sofas, and loveseats. We assist furniture companies with just-in-time production needs. We also manufacture covers for the hospitality and office furniture industries.
Mattress & Bedding
We manufacture foot protectors, display pillows, and headboards for branding for mattress and bedding companies, as well as produce mattress covers and other various bedding components.
Outdoor Leisure
Trotters Sewing Company manufactures products for the outdoor leisure industry such as quilted and single-layer grommeted or non-grommeted hammock pads, outdoor pillows, cushions and arms for rocking chairs and adirondack chairs, as well as beach shades and other accessories for outdoor use.
Pet Bed Covers & Accessories
We cut and sew covers for dog beds, orthopedic inserts for pet beds, as well as liners for pet cages. We also manufacture harnesses and other pet accessories.
